HOW TO ORDER?

Before launching orders with our parcel delivery service, the sender has the obligation (or the receiver, if he is responsible for the management of the consignment) to inquire for the terms and conditions, restrictions, packaging, sealing and labeling instructions, and to know in detail the exact number of parcels, the weight and size of each parcel as well as their content. This obligation is included at article 5, Terms and Conditions of service EASTLINES.

DO NOT ORDER BEFORE HAVING PREPARED THE PARCELS!

There are two ways of launching an order with our parcel delivery service:

ONLINE ORDER

The online orders on EASTLINES website can be launched anytime, at any hour day or night, any day of the week.
Of course they are perfectly valid and are always taken into consideration by our operators, being automatically registered for pick-up together with the orders launched by phone.
We recommend the use of our online facilities, as they can be accessed anytime you want, without having to wait for a long time on the phone and blocking our operators, as all the information can be registered by you very easily and in a very short time.
The online order will also give you the possibility to see an instant price quotation, so that you can see immediately what services are available for your type of consignment and the final price, depending of course on the weight and size of the parcels and also on the pick-up and delivery areas.
Moreover, you can open your online account on our website. This way you can launch an order faster and easier, as the pick-up and delivery addresses, together with your billing profile are saved and ready to use.

In case of collections from Romania or from the external areas of London (MAINLAND OUTSIDE M25, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, CHANNEL ISLANDS) the online order is compulsory so that the necessary details are registered correctly and the parties involved take note of and undertake to observe the Terms and Conditions of EASTLINES.

After launching the order you will receive an automatic notification in the e-mail address registered at the sender’s details. In the same e-mail address you will receive automatic notifications at each change in the order’s status thus being always up to date with the information regarding your order.

PHONE ORDER

The orders by phone can be launched daily, Monday to Saturday (Sunday closed), between 07.00 – 20.00 GMT (i.e. 09.00 – 22.00 in Romania).
EASTLINES has telephone operators that are dedicated to our clients, available throughout the entire day to offer information, to help in using our online facilities or to register phone orders.
When calling Eastlines you will be received with welcome messages and you can wait on the line (you will hear music) until our operators can take your call. Please keep in mind that you are not the only client and that it may take several minutes until your call can be taken by one of our operators.
We recommend the use of our online facilities for instant price quotations and orders, as they can be accessed anytime you want, without having to wait for a long time on the phone and blocking our operators, as all the information can be registered by you very easily and in a very short time. Online orders are compulsory for consignments with pick-up from areas outside London (MAINLAND OUTSIDE M25, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND, and CHANNEL ISLANDS) or from ROMANIA.
